Daffodils and newts




At first I only saw newts on the bottom of the pond.



After a while they came up to the surface.




These photos are from the beginning of May.

  2. Så spännande med vattensalamander - för många år sedan fanns de i dammen på landet men försvann efter ett tag.

  11. It's fantastic to see the salamander's. I have a lot of them in my pond too. It's great to see how they put theire egg's at the oxigene plants with theire little paw's.

  12. Every time I hear or read 'newt', I think of Monty Python. I especially like the last daffodil, it's very unusual.

  21. Greetings from California, Gunilla! The daffodils are so beautiful and very interesting newts you saw at (your?) pond. All great captures. Also love the jewelry - has been such a long time I did a piece - seeing your slide show makes me want to get my materials and beads out!
